I feel so blessed to have found and be trained by Dana Obleman the creator and founder of The Sleep Sense Method, she is the best in the business, her method and ethos were similar to my own and with Dana being in the sleep industry for over 14 years and helping over 57,000 families successfully find sleep using the Sleep Sense Method, this proved to me this method is tried, tested and proven.

A rested child is curious, energetic, happy, playful and eager to learn, with the 100’s and 100’s of families I have helped over the years, it still never ceases to amaze me when parents communicate to me the major positive changes in the child’s personality and behaviour.

With compassion & empathy, I will be there every step of the way through your 2 week sleep journey. I will never ask you to leave your child to cry alone or ignore their cries. You will receive a wealth of information to assist you to understand the importance of setting up healthy sleep habits for life.

A common question is “Will I have to let me child cry it out?” Crying is a child’s way of protesting change and you can expect some protest to your child’s sleep habits. However, I will NEVER ask you to leave your child to cry alone or ignore their cries.
